Do you know what is the most dangerous threaten for our life on earth ? No, the answer is not terrorism my friend, it is what so called Global Warming.
How bad is this, why is everybody talking about this ?
To understand better, we have to dig it deeper.
1. What is global warming ?
Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans in recent decades and its projected continuation.
2. What causing it ?
The most significant factor is pollution. Increasing number of CO2 in atmosphere has trapped the heat from our sun at the earth's surface. As pollution builds up, more heat were trapped. This is what we called as Green House effect.
3. What is the early signs of this global warming ?
- Increasing ocean temperature
- Glaciers melting
- Arctic and Antarctic warming
- Climate change
- Rising sea level
- Coastal flooding
- Increasing number of burning forest
- Change bulb, use energy saving lights, turn off unnecessary lights
- Greener power, re-thinking home energy
- Plant trees around your house
- Unplug. Unplug toasters and cell phone and other chargers when they’re not in use
